On a three year stationary trail whit crop rotation were investigated influence of soybean seed inoculation and nine dosages of nitrogen fertilizers applied whit previous crop on morphological traits, yield and quality traits. All the trials were conducted whit early maturity variety Proteinka. The morphological traits study in this work was plant weight and height, first nod height, number of branches, total nod number, numbers of fertile nods, pod weight and number per plant, seed number and weight per plant, harvest index and thousand seed mass. The quality traits include protein and oil content as well as yield per area unit. All data was statically analyzed by analysis of variance, correlation coefficient and multiple regression of inquired traits on yield. Base on this research, it is observed a considerably positive influence of the seed inoculation on yield, whilst the different nitrogen dosages applied whit previous crop had divers influence on the morphological and chemical traits in a different years. Whit increments of a mineral nitrogen concentration in the soil, biological nitrogen fixation were decreased. The excessively nitrogen dosages depressing soybean yield.
